A few of the ways we look after you — from who's allowed to coach on Venture Fit to how your health information is handled.
Vetted, invitation-only trainers
Trainers can't sign themselves up. Every coach on Venture Fit is invited and reviewed before they can take a single booking — so the person you train with has been checked first.
Built-in health screening
When you book, you complete a short health questionnaire. It helps your trainer plan a safe session. Where your answers suggest extra caution, we'll ask for a clearance from your GP before certain sessions can go ahead.
Your health data, protected
Your health information is encrypted and stored securely in Australia. It's only shared with the trainer you book, and access is limited to the booking you've made — never your whole history.
Secure payments
Payments are processed by Stripe at the time of booking. Venture Fit never stores your card details, and trainers are paid through the platform — so there's no cash changing hands at the door.
